This is a fine spicey Indian black tea enriched with the natural fresh citrusy Sicilian bergomote. Blue Mallow flowers are added to give a delightful appearance. The result is a rich amber brew with a long fragrant taste. Earl Grey Tea is a super addition to the afternoon tea selection.

Brew for 3-5 minutes.
Water Temperature: 100 degrees C.
Use 4-5 Teaspoons per litre of water.
