An intriguing tea made with Rooibos from South Africa combined with spices, orange, cardamom and cinnamon with a touch of lemongrass and a hint of vanilla. Enjoyable both hot and cold.
Brew for 5-8 minutes.
Water temperature: 90-95 degrees C.
Use 4-5 teaspoons of tea per litre of water. (or one heaped tablespoon per cup).
