A tea to sustain you in times of moderation. (or simply enjoy).
The tea contains green mate tea, lemongrass, rosehip peel, ginger pieces, cardamom, basil, rose petals and camomile.
Brew for 5-10 mins.
Water temperature: 100degrees C.
Use 3-4 heaped teaspoons per litre of water.
