A classic among the ayurvedic tea varities. Warm and pleasant, this tea should be boiled like a chai tea- using one litre of water boil for 30 mins and then filter. Add a quarter litre of milk. Can be sweetened with honey.
The tea contains a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, stinging nettle leaves, cloves, blackberry leaves, cardamom seeds and white peppercorns.
