What could be better than tea? Chocolate tea!
This is a perfect combination of black tea and rich dark chocolate flavour. The black tea is a blend of leaves from China and Ceylon and this makes a perfect base for cocoa peel and coriander. The result is a slightly tart sweet chocolate flavour in total harmony with a smooth black tea.
Brew for 3-5 minutes.
Water temperature: 100c
Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons of tea per litre of water.
