An organically grown green tea from Nepal, cultivated at altitudes of up to 2,100 metres. The leaf is quite tightly rolled with a dark green colour and silvery tips. It has a mild and smooth taste with a ligtht grassy flavour similar to some Japanese teas.
Brew for 2-3 minutes.
Temperature: 80°C.
Use 4-5 teaspoons per litre of water.
